Kathleen Mercker, M.A., M.C.C.

Master Certified Coach

Kathleen has been a Master Certified Coach for more than 15 years and has held leadership positions in numerous professional organizations.  She is the founding director of the Strategic Executive Coaching Alliance (SECA), sits on the International Coach Federation’s Credentialing Committee, and is the founder of the Atlanta Coaching Alliance. She has coached (and trained future coaches) in South America, most of the member nations of the European Union, and here in the United States. In 1999, Women Looking Ahead magazine named Kathleen one of Georgia’s 100 Most Powerful Women.

Prior to becoming a Master Coach, Kathleen served more than 26 years as an executive in the United States Air Force. She holds degrees in management and strategic leadership from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, an undergraduate degree in psychology from SUNY Stony Brook and an MBA from Webster College.
