Consultant and Coach

Jerry has over 20 years of management consulting experience with technology-driven companies, professional services firms, and manufacturers of consumer products. He supports Esther and her clients with advice on strategy formation, organization design, and organizational and interpersonal communication. He also coaches selected clients, designs many of the materials for E. Powers & Associates’ custom workshops, and leads E. Powers’ organization redesign assignments.

Jerry holds a Ph.D. from Stanford University, an MBA from Georgia State University and an electrical engineering degree from Purdue University. Often cited in business periodicals, including Fortune and The Wall Street Journal, his work has won multiple awards, including the prestigious Communicator of the Year award from the Atlanta chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators.
