Esther S. Powers, Ph.D.

Executive Coach and Consultant

Esther Powers’ career as an executive coach began more than 20 years ago in response to an unmet need. It seemed to her then that the difficulties many client organizations experienced in instituting meaningful change stemmed not from strategic or tactical errors but from key executives’ difficulty in being clear about their own personal goals and about the nature of their commitment to their work and their teams. Since that time, Esther’s nationally recognized work as an executive coach, together with her ground-breaking analysis of the dynamics of successful coaching relationships and the interface between personal and organizational change, have established her as a thought leader in the field.

Esther’s clients range from mid-sized enterprises to Fortune 50 corporations and encompass a wide range of demographics and industries. Depending on the client’s specific needs, Esther provides help in a variety of ways, beginning with executive coaching and extending outward to leadership teambuilding, design of high-performance organizations, and improved organizational effectiveness. In many cases, her interventions have improved clients’ bottom line results by as much as 20-50%. For detailed information about representative assignments, click here.
